Malnourished 5 month old Abdi Farah who weighs only 2.2kg is held by her mother in the stabilisation ward at a hospital at Dadaab refugee camp. Since Al Shabaab, an Islamic militia with alleged links to Al Qaida, is controlling large parts of Somalia and imposing tough Sharia laws, many civilians are fleeing to neighbouring Kenya.
