Murtaza Ghulum (30, in brown) sits with his family at their shared home in Dhadda Kharu, near Pindi Bhaddian. Murtaza suffered from bilateral cataracts and was forced to leave his job in Saudi Arabia and return home because of his poor vision. Two days earlier he had an operation to remove the cataract in his right eye.
