New arrivals look for a place to set up a shelter. 'We came from Sakura village. We lived on piles of grass since October hoping the water would go down. But it became too desperate, and the water is getting higher. We couldn't stand it anymore' says Tepisa Nakir. LIke thousands of others, Tapisa and her family haven been displaced by flooding.
