Paula (19) and her daughter Courtney, who is almost three. She says 'I was 16 when I had Courtney. I was lonely and scared. I was just hoping I would have somebody who loved us. I haven't got a very big family, only me mam and she wasn't very nice.' 'All Dressed up' is a series exploring how various groups of teenage girls socialise and the places which are special to them. Having shadowed groups of youths in post-industrial Durham, photographer Karen Robinson has documented their varied experiences of leisure, friendship and responsibility which play a substantial role in their formative years.
