Phil Turner walks towards his caravan on the edge of Lake Pamamaroo where he has been isolating with his wife for the last 3 weeks. Phil, the owner of the Marree Hotel, has been stuck at the New South Wales - South Australia border for three weeks with his wife, Marilyn Turner. The couple decided to camp at the Menindee Lakes approximately 150km from the border. Australian states have closed their borders to neighbouring states to keep Covid out.
