Sara Rahbar is a contemporary mixed media artist. Born in Tehran in 1976 she moved to the US when she was four and now lives and works in New York. Rahbar studied in New York and London and uses various media from photography to sculpture to installation in her art which stems from her personal experiences and is largely autobiographical. Rahbar's art work has been widely shown internationally, and is held in multiple collections worldwide.
