Siblings Khol and Nyadeeni drag the limp body of their dead calf from a camp past a food distribution point. They're taking it to an area littered with goat and cattle carcases. Extreme flooding for a third year in a row has caused havoc in South Sudan with communities cut off by water and cattle dying of disease and starvation.

'We have lost five cows,' Khol explained, 'The mother of the calf died two days ago.' When asked how many cows the family have left, Khol says 'This was the last one.'
