Syrian refugee Dalal Eissa (13) plays with a neighbour's son, Farid, in her family's small apartment where she spends the day cutting cotton threads from pairs of jeans which are made in a nearby factory. The meagre work helps to keep Dalal's family from bowing to pressure and marrying Dalal off to a wealthy Syrian businessman who knew the family when they lived in Aleppo and has now offered 20,000 Turkish Lira (approx. GBP 2,800) for the young teenager.
