According the law, when the temperature reaches 80テげF (26.6テげc) there should be shade where farm workers can take breaks. They should be allowed to take a 5 minute (or as long as needed) break if they start feeling bad and this should be paid time. When the temperature reaches 95テげF (35テげc) they should automatically be given a 10 minute break and there should a plan of how to proceed in case of an emergency.
