Svitlodarsk, Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine

Ukrainian engineers have collected grenades, mines and other war materiel in this unofficial museum which they also use to teach others about the many dangers what face soldiers and civilians in the ongoing conflict between Ukrainian government forces and Russian-backed separatists in the east of the country

The national flag of the former Soviet Union, taken from one of the separatist's positions, hangs on a wall. The flag is widely used by the Russian-backed separatists as a nostalgic symbol of the past glory, wealth and strength of the former Soviet empire.
