Visitors make a toast while dining in a canteen at the Kweichow Moutai Co. liquor factory in the town of Maotai in Renhuai. First favoured and promoted by former Chinese premier Zhou Enlai, Moutai Baijiu's fiery flavour has a huge fan following among the country's wealthy elite which has helped raise its price making the Moutai Baijiu the most valuable public traded company on the Chinese stock exchange.
