Kocho (Kojo), Sinjar, Iraq

Yazidi women burn incense as they wait for the funeral procession for the 103 Yazidis from the village of Kocho killed by ISIS in 2014 to pass by. Having been exhumed from the mass graves where they were dumped by ISIS, the victim's remains were identified using DNA samples before being returned to their home village for burial.
